margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The last date for submission of application forms for the PUDA Bathinda apartments scheme was on March 24, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>In the PUDA Bathinda apartments scheme, there were total 307 freehold residential flats available for the allotment to various category of applicants.<\/p>\n<p>In PUDA Bathinda apartments scheme, the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority had offered residential flats of 1430.29 square feet (2 BHK with 1 Children Room) and 2065.23 square feet (3 BHK with 1 Servant Room) at an allotment rate of Rs. 52,50,000 and Rs. 84,50,000 per flat respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority had offered these 2 BHK and 3 BHK residential flats for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>The lottery draw of lots for the PUDA Bathinda apartments scheme was held on May 22, 2014 in Bathinda (Punjab).<\/p>\n<p>Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority\u2019s PUDA Bathinda apartments scheme is located at Power House Road in Bathinda, Punjab.<\/p>\n<p>The brochures including the applications forms of the PUDA Bathinda apartments scheme were available in the authorized branches of HDFC Bank Limited, Oriental Bank of Commerce, and State Bank of India in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-1017-bathinda-development-authority-plans-projects.html\"><strong>Bathinda Development Authority &#8211;
