In case a person makes more than one application, GMADA will reject all the applications of that person.<\/p>\n<p>A husband, his wife, and their children above 18 years can apply separately. Only one plot will be allotted to either husband or wife. Children above 18 years will be considered as independent individuals for the plot allotment.<\/p>\n<p>Before you apply in the GMADA Eco City plots scheme, please read the allotment terms and the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money only in the form of a demand draft drawn in favor of the Estate
