The residential plots in this scheme will be allotted on leasehold basis for 99 years.<\/p>\n<p>There are 156 plots of 45 (5 x 9 meter) square meters, 90 plots of 75 (6 x 12.50 meter) square meters, 32 plots of 84 (6 x 14 meter) square meters, 27 plots of 100 (8 x 12.50 meter) square meters, 27 plots of 120 (8 x 15 meter) square meters, 64 plots of 135 (9 x 15 meter) square meters, 64 plots of 162 (9 x 18 meter) square meters, 35 plots of 216 (12 x 18 meter) square meters, and 35 plots of 252 (12 x 21 meter) square meters area.<\/p>\n<p>In JDA Jaipur Udai Vihar plots scheme, the Jaipur Development Authority had offered these residential plots at an allotment rate of Rs. 6,500 per square meter.<\/p>\n<p>The Jaipur Development Authority had offered these residential plots for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>The lottery or draw of lots for the JDA Jaipur Udai Vihar residential plots scheme was to be held before October 03, 2014 in Jaipur, Rajasthan.<\/p>\n<p>Jaipur Development Authority\u2019s Udai Vihar residential plots scheme is located in village Udaipuria (Tehsil Chaksu) near Jaipur in Rajasthan.<\/p>\n<p>The brochures including the applications forms of the JDA Jaipur Udai Vihar residential plots scheme were available in the authorized branches of ICICI Bank Limited and Punjab National Bank in Jaipur, Rajasthan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-1078-jaipur-development-authority-plans-projects.html\"><strong>Jaipur Development Authority &#8211;
