Out of these 80 residential flats, the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority had offered 32 flats of Category I (134.13 square meter plinth area), and 48 flats of Category II (105.48 square meter plinth area) for allotment to the Indian citizens through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>The brochures including the applications forms of the HIMUDA Shubh Khera residential flats scheme were available in the office of Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority situated at Nigam Vihar, Shimla 171002 (HP).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-4927-himuda-shubh-khera-paonta-sahib-flats-scheme-scheme-timeline.html\"><strong>HIMUDA Shubh Khera, Paonta Sahib Flats Scheme &#8211;
