Out of these 96 residential flats, the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority is offering 56 flats of Category I (120 square meter plinth area), and 40 flats of Category II (90 square meter plinth area) for allotment to the Indian citizens through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>The brochures including the applications forms of the HIMUDA Jarja residential flats scheme were available in the office of Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority situated at Nigam Vihar, Shimla 171002 (HP).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-4877-himuda-jarja-nahan-flats-scheme-scheme-timeline.html\"><strong>HIMUDA Jarja, Nahan Flats Scheme &#8211;
