Out of these 40 residential plots, the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority had offered 22 plots of Category I (250 square meter and above), 9 plots of Category II (200 square meter to 249 square meter), and 9 plots of Category III (135 square meter to 199 square meter) for allotment to the Indian citizens through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>The brochures including the applications forms of the HIMUDA Jarja residential plots scheme were available in the office of Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority situated at Nigam Vihar, Shimla 171002 (HP).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-4852-himuda-jarja-nahan-plots-scheme-scheme-timeline.html\"><strong>HIMUDA Jarja, Nahan Plots Scheme &#8211;
