In the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar housing scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board has offered total 352 multistory residential flats for the allotment to the LIG (Lower Income Group) and MIG-A (Middle Income Group A) applicants through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>2. LIG flats being offered in the Rajasthan Housing Board&#8217;s Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar residential scheme are located in Sector-9, Indira Gandhi Nagar in Jaipur.<\/p>\n<p>3. MIG-A flats being offered in the Rajasthan Housing Board&#8217;s Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar scheme are located in Sector-4, Sector-5, and Sector-7, Indira Gandhi Nagar in Jaipur.<\/p>\n<p>4. Indira Gandhi Nagar is located at a distance of about 4 kilometers from Jagatpura Railway Station, Jaipur, about 5 kilometers from Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, and about 7 kilometers from Jawahar Circle, Jaipur.<\/p>\n<p>5. RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar flats scheme is a well-planned residential project with state of the art infrastructure and facility of a gated complex for a secured and relaxed community living.<\/p>\n<p>6. The RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar housing scheme will be a landscaped green area with outdoor sports facilities and play areas for children and adults.<\/p>\n<p>7. Flats in the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar scheme will have a provision of adequate space for all modern amenities such as quality infrastructure and public utility services such as community centre, children park, shopping centre, etc. within the complex.<\/p>\n<p>8. The multistoried residential flats in the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar housing scheme will have provision of facilities such as filtered water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage with rainwater harvesting, underground sewerage system, and underground electrical line.<\/p>\n<p>9. In RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar flats scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board will make a provision for fire safety and rainwater harvesting in the flats.<\/p>\n<p>10. In the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar flats scheme, Rajasthan Housing Board is giving multistoried residential flats on easy installments plan.<\/p>\n<p>11.
