margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p><strong>Types and Categories of Duplex Houses in Govind Nagar Scheme, Rajsamand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered total 31 MIG-A (Middle Income Group &#8216;A&#8217;) and MIG-B (Middle Income Group &#8216;B&#8217;) duplex houses of 90.19 square meters (plot area 72 square meters) and 185.03 square meters (plot area 162 square meters) super built-up area.<\/p>\n<p>In RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex houses scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered 17 duplex for the Middle Income Group &#8216;A&#8217; applicants having an income of Rs. 250,001 to Rs. 450,000, 14 duplex for the Middle Income Group &#8216;B&#8217; applicants having an income of Rs. 450,001 to Rs. 600,000 in a Financial Year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Allotment Rate of Duplex Houses in RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex houses scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered duplex houses at an allotment rate of Rs. 22,00,000 for an MIG-A duplex house and Rs. 48,50,000 for an MIG-B duplex house.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Last Date to Apply for RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar Duplex Houses Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Rajasthan Housing Board was accepting the application forms for Govind Nagar scheme, Rajsamand only through bank submission.<\/p>\n<p>The last date for submission of application forms for the RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex houses scheme was on January 18, 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Lottery Draw of Lots for RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar Duplex Houses Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Rajasthan Housing Board was offering these two-storey MIG-A and MIG-B duplex houses in Govind Nagar scheme, Rajsamand for allotment to the eligible individuals through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>As it was expected, the Rajasthan Housing Board had declared result of the lottery draw of lots for RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex houses scheme before March 31, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The lottery draw of lots for the RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex houses scheme was held in Rajsamand, Rajasthan.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left;
