The reservation exists for various categories of people in RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rajasthan Housing Board: Categories of the Applicants in Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Rajasthan Housing Board will allot a percentage of flats in Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Phase-II residential scheme to the various reserved categories of applicants.<\/p>\n<p>There are fifteen applicable categories of applicants for the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential flats scheme. These are:<\/p>\n<p>1. General Category<br \/>\n2. Central Government Employees (including Employees of Boards and Corporations)<br \/>\n3. Rajasthan Government Employees<br \/>\n4. Rajasthan Housing Board Employees<br \/>\n5. Professionals Category &#8211; Advocates, Chartered Accountants, and Private Doctors<br \/>\n6. Scheduled Castes<br \/>\n7. Scheduled Tribes<br \/>\n8. Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly, and Accredited Journalists<br \/>\n9. Freedom Fighters<br \/>\n10. Ex-Servicemen and Their Widows<br \/>\n11. Blind Persons<br \/>\n12. Hearing-Impaired Persons<br \/>\n13. Physically Disabled Persons<br \/>\n14. Gallantry Award Winners<br \/>\n15. Sports Persons &#8211; Olympic and Asian Games Medal Winners<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 General Category Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 29% of the total number of MIG-A (Middle Income Group &#8216;B&#8217;) flats are reserved for the General Category individuals in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 23 MIG-A flats for the General Category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Rajasthan Government Employees Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 10% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Rajasthan Government Employees in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 8 MIG-A flats for the Rajasthan Government Employees category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Rajasthan Housing Board Employees Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 1% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Rajasthan Housing Board Employees in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 1 MIG-A flat for the Rajasthan Housing Board Employees category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Professionals Category Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 5% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Professionals (such as Advocates, Chartered Accountants, and Private Doctors) in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 4 MIG-A flats for the Professionals category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Scheduled Castes Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 16% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Scheduled Castes in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 13 MIG-A flats for the Scheduled Castes category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 MPs, MLAs, and Journalists Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 1.50% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Members of Parliament (MPs), Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs), and Accreditated Journalists in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 1 MIG-A flat for the MPs, MLAs, and Journalists category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Freedom Fighters Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 0.50% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Freedom Fighters in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved Nil MIG-A flats for the Freedom Fighters category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Ex-Servicemen and Their Widows Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 3% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Ex-Servicemen and Their Widows in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 2 MIG-A flats for the Ex-Servicemen and Their Widows category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Blind Persons Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 1% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Blind Persons in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 1 MIG-A flat for the Blind Persons category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Physically Disabled Persons Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 1% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Physically Disabled Persons in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 1 MIG-A flat for the Physically Disabled Persons category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Gallantry Award Winners Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 0.50% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Gallantry Award Winners in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved 1 MIG-A flat for the Gallantry Award Winners category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Flats Scheme \u2013 Sports Persons Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Rajasthan Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 0.50% of the total number of MIG-A flats are reserved for the Sports Persons, winning medals in the Asian or Olympics games, in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board has reserved Nil MIG-A flats for the Sports Persons category applicants in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a residential flat to an applicant in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni scheme will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
