{"id":2745,"date":"2015-11-02T03:35:54","date_gmt":"2015-11-01T22:05:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=2745"},"modified":"2015-11-02T22:08:16","modified_gmt":"2015-11-02T16:38:16","slug":"2016-40627-rhb-jodhpur-kudi-bhagtasni-mig-a-flats-scheme-allotment-eligibility","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-40627-rhb-jodhpur-kudi-bhagtasni-mig-a-flats-scheme-allotment-eligibility.html","title":{"rendered":"RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni MIG-A Flats Scheme &#8211; Allotment Eligibility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rajasthan Housing Board &#8211; Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of a Flat in Kudi Bhagtasni in Jodhpur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jodhpur (Rajasthan, India), November 02, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a residential MIG-A flats scheme (RHB Scheme Code: Kudi Bhagtasni Housing Scheme, Jodhpur) in Kudi Bhagtasni (Phase-II), Jodhpur.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>In the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Phase-II scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered total 80 residential flats for the different MIG-A income category.<\/p>\n<p>Online subscription or registration for the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni flats scheme was open for the citizens of India from December 19, 2014 to January 18, 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of a Residential Flat in RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.<\/p>\n<p>2. The applicant must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date of applications.<\/p>\n<p>3. The applicant should be competent to contract.<\/p>\n<p>4. The Rajasthan Housing Board shall allot a person only one residential flat or house in any one city or town of Rajasthan. Those persons who have been allotted a residential flat or house in any one city or town of Rajasthan previously by the Rajasthan Housing Board shall not be eligible for an allotment second time.<\/p>\n<p>5. A person shall be eligible for allotment of a residential flat only if the applicant or his or her spouse, or any dependent relations (including unmarried children) do not own in full or in part on freehold or leasehold basis any residential flat, house, or plot in Jodhpur.<\/p>\n<p>6. Applicant must have Permanent Account Number allotted under the provisions of Income Tax Act and the same must be quoted on the application form.<\/p>\n<p>7. Applicants under a reserved category is entitled to avail of the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the schemes of Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB).<\/p>\n<p>8. The applicants under the reserved categories in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme shall not be eligible without the requisite certificates or documents.<\/p>\n<p>9. An application without the prescribed earnest money deposit shall not be entertained and will be rejected outright.<\/p>\n<p>11.
