In the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Phase-II housing scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board has offered total 80 multistory residential flats for the allotment to the MIG-A (Middle Income Group &#8216;A&#8217;) applicants through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>2. MIG-A flats being offered in the Rajasthan Housing Board&#8217;s Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni scheme are located in Sector-8, Kudi Bhagtasni (Phase-II) in Jodhpur.<\/p>\n<p>3. Kudi Bhagtasni is located at a distance of about 1 kilometer from the proposed Rajasthan High Court building, 5 kilometers from Jodhpur Airport, 6 kilometers from Bhagat Ki Kothi Railway Station, 12 kilometers from the Jodhpur Junction Railways Station, and is about 15 kilometers away from the Jodhpur Main Bus Stand.<\/p>\n<p>4. RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Phase-II flats scheme is a well-planned residential project with state of the art infrastructure and facility of a gated complex for a secured and relaxed community living.<\/p>\n<p>5. The RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme will be a landscaped green area with outdoor sports facilities and play areas for children and adults.<\/p>\n<p>6. Flats in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni Phase-II scheme will have a provision of adequate space for all modern amenities such as quality infrastructure and public utility services such as community centre, children park, shopping centre, etc. within the complex.<\/p>\n<p>7. The multistoried residential flats in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme will have provision of facilities such as filtered water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage with rainwater harvesting, underground sewerage system, and underground electrical line.<\/p>\n<p>8. In RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni flats scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board will make a provision for fire safety and rainwater harvesting in the flats.<\/p>\n<p>9. In the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni flats scheme, Rajasthan Housing Board is giving multistoried residential flats on easy installments plan.<\/p>\n<p>10. Allotment of a residential flat in the RHB Jodhpur Kudi Bhagtasni housing scheme will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>11.
