{"id":257,"date":"2015-10-07T12:05:15","date_gmt":"2015-10-07T06:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=257"},"modified":"2015-10-07T21:52:16","modified_gmt":"2015-10-07T16:22:16","slug":"2016-221-hbh-sampla-defence-personnel-scheme-lottery-draw-result","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-221-hbh-sampla-defence-personnel-scheme-lottery-draw-result.html","title":{"rendered":"HBH Sampla Defence Personnel Scheme &#8211; Lottery Draw Result"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Housing Board Haryana &#8211; Lottery Draw Result of Sampla Defence Personnel Flats Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Panchkula (Haryana, India), October 07, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Housing Board Haryana (HBH) had declared result of the lottery draw of lots for Sampla multistoried flats scheme for the Defence Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Para-Military Forces Personnel on Monday, December 29, 2014.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The Housing Board Haryana had launched a new multistoried residential flats scheme (HBH Scheme Code: Sampla Defence Personnel Scheme) for the Serving Defence Personnel, Ex-Defence Personnel (Ex-Servicemen), and Para-Military Forces Personnel in Sampla (district Jhajjar, Haryana) on Monday, February 17, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The last date for submission of application forms for the HBH Sampla multistoried flats scheme for the Defence Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Para-Military Forces Personnel was on Monday, June 30, 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Types and Categories of Flats in Sampla Defence Personnel Residential Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In HBH Sampla multistory flats scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has allotted total 740 built-up (Type A 540 flats + Type B 200 flats) affordable residential flats of 2 BHK (two bedrooms, drawing room, kitchen, one bathroom, and one toilet) of 720 square feet (Type A flats), and 600 square feet (Type B flats) built-up area.<\/p>\n<p>The allotment for the Housing Board Haryana&#8217;s Sampla Defence Personnel residential flats scheme was made through a lottery draw of lots and was held at Awas Bhawan in Sector-6, Panchkula in the presence of a panel of independent judges, HBH officials, and eligible applicants.<\/p>\n<p>The Housing Board Haryana had received total 950 applications (Type A Flats 747 applications and Type B Flats 203 applications) for the Sampla defence personnel scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Allotment Rate of Sampla Type A and Type B Residential Flats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In HBH Sampla flats scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has offered the residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 16,90,000 (Type A) and Rs. 14,20,000 (Type A) for per built-up flat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund of Registration Money to the Unsuccessful Applicants of HBH Sampla Flats Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Housing Board Haryana has refunded the registration money to unsuccessful applicants of the Sampla defence personnel flats scheme within 6 weeks from the draw date.<\/p>\n<p>The Housing Board Haryana has refunded the registration money of Rs. 169,000 (Rupees One Lakh Sixty-Nine Thousand) for Type A flats and Rs. 142,000 (Rupees One Lakh Forty-Two Thousand) for Type B flats to the unsuccessful applicants who had paid their own earnest money through the bank branch wherein they had deposited the application form.
