The residential plots being offered are in well-planned area in Jodhpur.<\/p>\n<p>2. Location of Vivek Vihar is near Jaisalmer bypass road on the Jodhpur-Pali Highway (National Highway 65).<\/p>\n<p>3. There will be 15 residential sectors in the Vivek Vihar Housing Scheme.<\/p>\n<p>4. Vivek Vihar is 5 kilometers from Bhagat Ki Kothi Raiway Station and 10 kilometers from the Jodhpur Junction Railways Station.<\/p>\n<p>5. There will be 10,369 residential plots for the different income groups including EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG (Lower Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), and HIG (High Income Group).<\/p>\n<p>6. Vivek Vihar area will have piped canal water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage, and underground sewerage system.<\/p>\n<p>8. There will a provision of quality infrastructure and public utility services such as schools, banquet hall, children park, shopping centre, taxi stand, fire station, police post, etc. in the each sector.<\/p>\n<p>9. Vivek Vihar will have Rajiv Gandhi Convention Center and India Habitat Centre.<\/p>\n<p>10.
