Flat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 31, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a residential scheme of multistoried flats (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-04\/2014) in Sector-22A on October 23, 2014.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\"               <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (the lessor) will not allow the allottee (lessee) to use the multistory flat for any purpose other than residential.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the allottee shall not be entitled to divide the multistoried flat or amalgamate it with any other flat or flats without the prior written permission of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority\u2019s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or any other officer authorized by the CEO in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>In case of violation of the above conditions, allotment shall be liable to be cancelled and the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority shall take possession of the premise along with structures thereon, if any.<\/p>\n<p><a
