Ownership and Possession"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014 &#8211; Ownership and Possession of the Allotted Flat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 31, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a leasehold multistoried flats scheme (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-04\/2014) in Yamuna Expressway, Uttar Pradesh on October 23, 2014.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will offer possession of the flats to the successful applicants within a period of three years from the date of issue of allotment letter.<\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of record and documentation, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will reckon the date of execution of lease deed as the date of taking over of possession.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution and Registration of Lease Deed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The allottee will be required to enter into legal documentation (execution and registration of lease deed) and take possession of the multistory flat within 60 days from the date of offer of possession or intimation to do so.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of failure to take possession of the multistoried flat within the stipulated period, the allottee shall be liable to pay administrative charges at the rate of 1% of the total premium for the extension of one year from the due date given for the execution of legal documents.<\/p>\n<p>If the allottee fails to execute the required legal documents within extended time, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will cancel the allotment and forfeit the deposited money.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment of the Documentation Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The allottee of multistory flat will bear the cost and expenses of preparation, stamping, and registering of the legal documents and its copies and all other incidental expenses.<\/p>\n<p>The allottee will also pay the stamp duty of transfer of immovable property levied or any other duty or charge that may be levied by any authority for the said flat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Last Date for Submission of Application Forms for Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The last date for submission of application forms for the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-04\/2014 was on January 31, 2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-41295-yeida-yamunotri-housing-scheme-bhs-04-lottery-draw-result.html\"><strong>YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04 &#8211;
