Act No. 6 of 1976).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yamuna Expressway Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014: Handicapped Persons Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Uttar Pradesh Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 3.00% of the total number of residential flats are reserved for the Handicapped Persons in the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014.<\/p>\n<p>Keeping in view the provision under Section 43 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 and a decision taken in 49th Board Meeting of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority held on February 12, 2014, a 3% horizontal reservation (that is 86 out of 2862 flats) shall be kept for Handicapped Persons in General Category, Functional Institutional Units, and Farmers Category.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had reserved 86 flats for the Handicapped Persons in the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Applicable Eligibility Terms and Conditions for the Handicapped Persons Category Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a flat in the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014 to a Handicapped Persons Category applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions. The applicant should be competent to contract and have attained the age of majority.<\/p>\n<p>2. In case, a handicapped person has already been allotted a residential plot, flat, or a built-up house in his or her name or to his or her spouse or dependent children, in any of the earlier residential schemes of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, he or she shall not be eligible for reservation under Handicapped Persons Category in this scheme.<\/p>\n<p>3. If, on verification or at any stage it is found that there is a violation of any of the above-mentioned conditions, then the application will be rejected and the registration money will be refunded without any interest.<\/p>\n<p>4.
