{"id":2465,"date":"2015-10-31T10:05:24","date_gmt":"2015-10-31T04:35:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=2465"},"modified":"2015-10-31T23:14:54","modified_gmt":"2015-10-31T17:44:54","slug":"2016-41290-yeida-yamunotri-housing-scheme-bhs-04-general-category","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-41290-yeida-yamunotri-housing-scheme-bhs-04-general-category.html","title":{"rendered":"YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04 &#8211; General Category"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Reservation for General Category Applicants in YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 31, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-04\/2014) in Sector-22A, Yamuna Expressway (District Gautam Budh Nagar) in Uttar Pradesh on October 23, 2014.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>In the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority was offering total 2862 residential flats for allotment to the various categories of applicants.<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a residential flat in the YEIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-04\/2014 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-04: General Category Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Uttar Pradesh Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 77.50% of the total number of residential flats are reserved for the General Category individuals in the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014.<\/p>\n<p>Keeping in view the provision under Section 43 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 and a decision taken in 49th Board Meeting of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority held on February 12, 2014, a 3% horizontal reservation (that is 67 out of 2218 flats) shall be kept for Handicapped Persons in General Category.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had reserved 2151 flats for the General Category applicants in the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-04\/2014.<\/p>\n<p>After allotment of flats to the reserved categories, the remaining flats will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Applicable Eligibility Terms and Conditions for the General Category Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a flat in the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04\/2014 to a General Category applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
