If applicant surrenders before lottery draw of lots is held, the Ghaziabad Development Authority will NOT refund the Registration Money Deposit in any condition.<\/p>\n<p>2. In case the applicant surrenders after the lottery draw of lots is held, but within 6 months from the date of allotment, the Ghaziabad Development Authority will refund 90% of Registration Money Deposit without interest after forfeiting 10% of the initial Earnest Money Deposit.<\/p>\n<p>3. In case the applicant surrenders after 6 months from the date of allotment, the Ghaziabad will refund 75% of Registration Money Deposit without interest after forfeiting 25% of the initial Earnest Money Deposit.<\/p>\n<p>4. In case, the applicant fails to deposit the due amount for his or her multistory flat within the stipulated time, allotment will be liable for cancellation. In case of such cancellation, the Ghaziabad Development Authority will forfeit the money so deposited until the date of cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>5. The Ghaziabad Development Authority will count the day of surrender of your allotment on the date on which application is received in the Authority office.
