Payment Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-16\/2013 &#8211; Payment Plans for the Successful Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 28, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a residential scheme of 7215 multistoried flats (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-16\/2013) in Greater Noida on April 02, 2013.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The applicants applying for a residential flat in GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16\/2013 have option of making the payments in easy installments on allotment of a multistory flat.<\/p>\n<p>The GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16\/2013 applicants can choose &#8216;Seven-Year Payment Plan with Interest&#8217; (Payment Code E-1) by mentioning the same in their application forms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seven-Year Payment Plan with Interest (Payment Code E-1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the Five-Year Payment Plan, 30% of the total premium of the multistory flat, after adjusting the registration money already paid, shall be payable within 45 days from the date of allotment as the allotment money.<\/p>\n<p>Balance 70% of the total premium of the multistoried flat shall be payable in ten equal half-yearly installments calculated from the 46th day from the date of allotment with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on reducing principal amount at the end of each half yearly.<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will inform you about the dues payable for the allotted multistory flat through an allotment letter.<\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of record and documentation, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will reckon the date of issue of allotment letter as the date of allotment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Place of Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The designated bank branches authorized in your allotment letter will accept the payments directly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mode of Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can make all payments to the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order drawn in favour of \u2018Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority\u2019 payable at Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, or New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extension of Date for Payments<\/strong><\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8683  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:336px;height:280px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"3966003673\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>Normally, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority shall not allow any extension of the date for the payments.<\/p>\n<p>However, if due to any reason, you fail to pay the amount payable to the Greater Noida Industrial Development within the prescribed time limit, CEO of the Authority may allow extension of time for such default period under exceptional circumstances up to a maximum of 3 months.
