Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 28, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a residential scheme of 7215 multistoried flats (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-16\/2013) in Greater Noida on April 02, 2013.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\"               <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had allotted residential flats to the applicants of GNIDA multistoried LIG flats scheme BHS-16 through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a flat in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16\/2013 will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-40957-gnida-multistoried-flats-scheme-bhs-16-terms-conditions.html\"><strong>GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-16 &#8211; Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nGNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-16\/2013 \u2013 Terms and Conditions for the Allotment<\/p>\n<p>The applicant applying for a residential flat under GNIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-16 shall have to deposit the applicable Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit.<\/p>\n<p>The Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit is to be paid by a Single Banker\u2019s Cheque or Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority payable at Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, or New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>The last date of booking or registration for the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16\/2013 was on May 02, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority held the lottery draw of lots for the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16\/2013 on September 02, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>On allotment of a flat, the allottee were informed of the dues payable for the allotted flat through a letter.<\/p>\n<p>If due to any force majeure or such circumstances beyond the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority\u2019s control, the Authority is unable to make allotment or give possession of the allotted multistory flat to an allottee, the entire registration money or earnest money deposit will be refunded to the applicant along with 4% per annum simple interest.<\/p>\n<p><a
