Ownership and Possession"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GDA Madhuban Bapudham Multistory Flats Scheme 827 &#8211; Ownership and Possession of Allotted Flat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 27, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had launched a leasehold multistoried flats scheme (GDA Scheme Code 827) in the Madhuban Bapudham area of Ghaziabad on January 07, 2013.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The Ghaziabad Development Authority will offer possession of the flats to the successful applicants within a period of two years from the date of issue of allotment letter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution and Registration of Lease Deed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The allottee will be required to enter into legal documentation (execution and registration of lease deed) and take possession of the multistory flat within 90 days from the date of offer of possession or intimation to do so.<\/p>\n<p>If the allottee fails to execute the required legal documents within given and extended time, the Ghaziabad Development Authority will cancel the allotment and forfeit the deposited money.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment of the Documentation Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The allottee of multistory flat will bear the cost and expenses of preparation, stamping, and registering of the legal documents and its copies and all other incidental expenses.<\/p>\n<p>The allottee will also pay the stamp duty of transfer of immovable property levied or any other duty or charge that may be levied by any authority for the said flat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Last Date for Submission of Application Forms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The last date for submission of application forms for the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flats scheme 827 was on February 28, 2013.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-40441-gda-madhuban-bapudham-multistoried-residential-flats-scheme-827.html\"><strong>GDA Madhuban Bapudham Multistoried Residential Flats Scheme 827<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nGhaziabad Development Authority &#8211;
