Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 27, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had launched a residential scheme of 528 multistoried flats (GDA Scheme Code 827) in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad on January 07, 2013.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" had allotted residential flats to the applicants of GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flats scheme 827 through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a flat in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistory residential flats scheme 827 will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-40447-gda-madhuban-bapudham-flats-scheme-827-terms-conditions.html\"><strong>GDA Madhuban Bapudham Flats Scheme 827 &#8211; Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nGDA Madhuban Bapudham Residential Flats Scheme 827 \u2013 Terms and Conditions for the Allotment<\/p>\n<p>The applicant applying for a residential flat under GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flats scheme 827 shall have to deposit the applicable Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit.<\/p>\n<p>The Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit is to be paid by a Single Banker\u2019s Cheque or Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of &#8216;Vice-Chairman, G.D.A., Ghaziabad&#8217; payable at Ghaziabad, Delhi, or New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>The last date of booking or registration for the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flats scheme 827 was on February 28, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The Ghaziabad Development Authority was to hold the lottery draw of lots for the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flats scheme 827 before August 31, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>On allotment of a flat, the allottee shall be informed of the dues payable for the allotted flat through a letter.<\/p>\n<p>If due to any force majeure or such circumstances beyond the Ghaziabad Development Authority\u2019s control, the Authority is unable to make allotment or give possession of the allotted multistory flat to an allottee, the entire registration money or earnest money deposit will be refunded to the applicant along with 3.50% per annum simple interest.<\/p>\n<p><a
