In case number(s) of the flats in respect of Physically Handicapped category comes to fraction i.e. less than 0.5 it would be rounded off to zero and if it is 0.5 or more it would be rounded off to one.<\/p>\n<p>3. If requisite number of applications is not received from the Physically Handicapped category, all remaining flats reserved for the Physically Handicapped category shall be offered to the persons of non-reserved categories.<\/p>\n<p>4. An applicant applying in the Physically Handicapped Category must be a citizen of India.<\/p>\n<p>5. Under Physically Handicapped reserved category, the joint applicants should be from within the family or should be in the blood relation. Family means spouse (if any), and dependent children (if any).<\/p>\n<p>6. An applicant under Physically Handicapped reserved category should have attained the age of majority. For this, an applicant should have completed 18 years of age as on the date of filling of the application for a flat.<\/p>\n<p>7. An applicant can submit one application only.<\/p>\n<p>8. The applicant must have Permanent Account Number (PAN) allotted under the provisions of Income Tax Act and the applicant must quote the same on the DDA Housing application form.<\/p>\n<p>9. The applicant must have a saving or current account in any bank and the bank particulars must be filled in the application form. It is assumed that the bank has followed \u2018KYC\u2019 norms of the Reserve Bank of India in respect of such an account.<\/p>\n<p>10. There is no income criterion for applying in the DDA Housing Scheme 2010. The applicant can apply for a DDA flat according to his or her requirement and affordability.<\/p>\n<p>11. The applicant must not own any residential flat or plot in full or in part on leasehold or freehold basis in Delhi, New Delhi, or Delhi Cantonment either in his or her own name or in the name of his wife or her husband or in the name of his or her minor or dependent children.<\/p>\n<p>13.
