{"id":1660,"date":"2015-10-24T12:35:35","date_gmt":"2015-10-24T07:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=1660"},"modified":"2015-10-24T19:42:15","modified_gmt":"2015-10-24T14:12:15","slug":"2016-3898-gnida-multistoried-flats-scheme-2012-lease-deed-execution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-3898-gnida-multistoried-flats-scheme-2012-lease-deed-execution.html","title":{"rendered":"GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme 2012 &#8211; Lease Deed Execution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-15\/2012 &#8211; Lease Deed Execution of the Allotted Flat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 24, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a leasehold residential flats scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15\/2012) in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p><strong>Period of the Lease and Lease Rent of GNIDA Multistoried Flats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will give allotment of multistoried flats to the allottees on a lease of 90 years.<\/p>\n<p>The allottee has to pay a lease rent at the rate of 10% of the premium of the plot in lump sum before execution of lease deed and possession of the multistory flat.<\/p>\n<p>However, if an allottee wishes to pay annual lease rent, he or she can do so. In this case, the allottee shall have to pay 1% of the premium of the plot, in advance, every year calculated from the date of execution of lease deed.<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority may enhance the annual lease rent by 50% after every ten years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution of Agreement to Lease (ATL)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An allottee of the GNIDA imultistoried flats scheme BHS-15\/2012 has to execute an Agreement to Lease (ATL) and get it registered with Sub Registrar, Gautam Budh Nagar, within six months from the date of allotment as per provision of Uttar Pradesh Government Notification No. 3066\/11-5-2009-500(100)\/2008 dated 12-6-2009.
