Act No. 6 of 1976).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-15: Scheduled Tribes Category Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Uttar Pradesh Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 2% of the total number of residential flats in the reserved categories (Functional Industrial Units, Functional Commercial and Institutional Units, Farmers or Land Oustees, and GNIDA Regular Employees) were reserved for the Scheduled Tribes Category individuals in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15\/2012.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had reserved 5 flats for the Scheduled Tribes Category applicants in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15.<\/p>\n<p>After allotment of flats to the reserved categories, the remaining houses will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Applicable Eligibility Terms and Conditions for the Scheduled Tribes Category Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a flat in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15 to a Scheduled Tribes Category applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
