The draw of lots for the Delhi Development Authority\u2019s DDA Housing Scheme 2010 was held on April 18, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>In DDA Housing Scheme 2010, the Delhi Development Authority offered one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom houses. Cost of the houses in DDA\u2019s 2010 housing scheme was Rs. 900,000 to Rs 11,200,000. The Delhi Development Authority had calculated the construction cost of these built-up houses at the rate of Rs. 1,536 to Rs. 6,069 per square feet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total Number of DDA Flats in DDA
