Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 22, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a residential scheme of 321 independent houses (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15\/2012) in Greater Noida on August 15, 2012.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\"               <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will allot residential houses to the applicants of GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a house in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15\/2012 will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-3807-gnida-independent-houses-scheme-2012-terms-conditions.html\"><strong>GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme 2012 &#8211; Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nGNIDA Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15\/2012 \u2013 Terms and Conditions for the Allotment<\/p>\n<p>The applicant applying for a residential house under GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 shall have to deposit the Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit.<\/p>\n<p>The Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit is to be paid by a Single Banker\u2019s Cheque or Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority payable at Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, or New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>The last date of booking or registration for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15\/2012 was on September 14, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority held the lottery draw of lots for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15\/2012 on November 29, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>On allotment of a house, the allottee shall be informed of the dues payable for the allotted house through a letter.<\/p>\n<p>If due to any force majeure or such circumstances beyond the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority\u2019s control, the Authority is unable to make allotment or give possession of the allotted independent house to an allottee, the entire registration money or earnest money deposit will be refunded to the applicant along with 4% per annum simple interest.<\/p>\n<p><a
