{"id":1463,"date":"2015-10-22T15:35:58","date_gmt":"2015-10-22T10:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=1463"},"modified":"2015-10-22T22:40:58","modified_gmt":"2015-10-22T17:10:58","slug":"2016-3808-gnida-independent-houses-scheme-2012-allotment-eligibility","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-3808-gnida-independent-houses-scheme-2012-allotment-eligibility.html","title":{"rendered":"GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme 2012 &#8211; Allotment Eligibility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15\/2012 \u2013 Eligibility Conditions for the Allotment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 22, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a residential houses scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15\/2012) in Greater Noida area in District Gautam Budh Nagar of Uttar Pradesh.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>In the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had offered total 321 residential houses for the different categories.<\/p>\n<p>Registration for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15\/2012 was open for the citizens of India from August 15, 2012 to September 14, 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of a Residential Home in GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.<\/p>\n<p>2. The applicant must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date of applications.<\/p>\n<p>3. The applicant should be competent to contract.<\/p>\n<p>4. A person shall be eligible for allotment of a residential house only if the applicant or his or her spouse, or any dependent children (including minor children) have not been allotted any residential plot or flat or house on freehold or leasehold basis or under HPTA (Hire Purchase Tenancy Agreement), License Agreement by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.<\/p>\n<p>5. Applicants under a reserved category is entitled to avail of the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the schemes of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.<\/p>\n<p>6. The eligible applicant, his or her spouse, or his or her dependent children can apply for one independent house or multistoried flat only.<\/p>\n<p>7. The applicants under the reserved categories shall not be eligible without the requisite certificates or documents.<\/p>\n<p>8. If the sufficient applications are not received against a reserved category, the surplus residential houses shall be considered as unreserved and will be transferred to the General Category at the time of lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>9.
