Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hisar (Haryana, India), October 18, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 2878 freehold residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000061) in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar in Haryana on May 09, 2013.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" Authority had allotted residential plots to the applicants of HUDA Hisar Sector-14 and Sector-33 residential plots scheme through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a plot in the HUDA Hisar residential plots scheme will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-4046-huda-residential-plots-scheme-hisar-terms-conditions.html\"><strong>HUDA Residential Plots Scheme Hisar &#8211; Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nTerms and Conditions for the Allotment of HUDA Hisar Sector-14 and Sector-33 Residential Plots<\/p>\n<p>The applicant applying for a residential plot under HUDA Hisar Sector-14 and Sector-33 residential plots scheme shall have to deposit the applicable Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit.<\/p>\n<p>The Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit was to be paid by a Single Banker\u2019s Cheque or Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of &#8216;Estate Officer, HUDA, Hisar&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The last date of booking or registration for the HUDA Hisar residential plots scheme was on July 15, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The Haryana Urban Development Authority held the lottery draw of lots for the HUDA Hisar Sector-14 and Sector-33 residential plots scheme on December 30 and December 31, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>On allotment of a plot, the allottee were informed of the dues payable for the allotted plot through a letter.<\/p>\n<p>If due to any force majeure or such circumstances beyond the Haryana Urban Development Authority\u2019s control, the Authority is unable to make allotment or give possession of the allotted residential plot to an allottee, the entire registration money or earnest money deposit will be refunded to the applicant along with 4% per annum simple interest.<\/p>\n<p><a
