Project Status: For the beautification of Dehradun city, lot of works is under going on the Rajpur road like road widening, construction of drains, street lights, shifting of electric, telephone poles for planned arrangement and alignment. Shifting of central verge with its landscaping is being proposed.
Beautification of Mussoorie Mall Road
Project Cost: Rs. 2 Crores
Project Description: Antique poles, antique bench, Gazebo, Murals, elevated sittings and antique railings.
Project Status: (1) Electric beautification of 220 antique poles is established or fixed and old benches have been replaced with new antique benches (2) Old gazebo has been removed and construction of new antique gazebo is underway (3) murals on walls, elevated sitting, and old railings replaced with the new antique railings (4) Other beautification measures have been done

Smart City Dehradun

It is a wonderful plan of development of Smarter City. However, there is always a scope for improvements and optimization of operational cost and controlling waste and optimization of budget and arresting escalation of budget. People who are raising their voice, they are fake and artificial made to take photographs only. Please go ahead and complete this Smarter City plan.
Dehradun can become the most beautiful Smart City under the PM Programme. I am PhD in Management (Supply Chain Management) and have 30 years experience in Management of Big Groups and Industries and have 34 years of expertise in Architectural Design Vaastu Science and have been teaching this Architectural Science to B. Arch students’ classes at IIT Roorkee since 2002.
I have addressed All India Architects Association on Vaastu Science in 2002 at IIT Roorkee on Sustainable Structures as per Vaastu and Vastu is a Science as per Sthapathaya Vedas and Science Of Building architecture in Modern Age and my papers have been published in the journals of School of Architecture.
My experience in Supply Chain Management and Vastu Science can arrest the escalation cost of Developing Dehradun as Smart City within Budget. I will optimize the cost of every part of Development and designing of smart City as per Vastu as a consultant.
My consultancy will not only make Dehradun Smart City look beautiful but will also provide Strong Long Life sustainable structures like Taj Mahal, Jain Temple, Jaipur, Swai-Madhopur, Jama- Masjid, Dwarka Nagri, Lord Krishana Temple of Mathura and Mohon joddaro and Haddapa.
