Andhra Bank Cuts Auto Loan Interest Rate to 9.10% Per Annum

The Andhra Bank has decreased its new car loan interest rates by 0.25 percent, or 25 basis points with effect from Monday, September 11, 2017.

Andhra Bank has revised its new car loan minimum interest rate from 9.35 percent to 9.10 percent per annum (MCLR-1Year + 0.70%) for up to 84 months loan tenure and used car loan minimum interest rate from 12.05 percent to 11.85 percent per annum (MCLR-1Year + 3.45%) for up to 60 months loan tenure.

The car loan interest rate of Andhra Bank is benchmarked or linked to its One-Year MCLR (Marginal Cost of Funds based Lending Rate). Andhra Bank’s current One-Year MCLR, which is called MCLR-1Y, is 8.40 percent per annum with effect from Monday, September 11, 2017.

Andhra Bank’s current interest rate cut will reduce the cost of funds for those people who want to avail auto loans for buying their new or used cars.
