In case a person makes more than one application, HUDA will reject all the applications of that person and will deduct Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand) as a processing charge from the earnest money deposit before refunding the balance amount.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Haryana Urban Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of a cash receipt or a demand draft drawn in favor of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Bahadurgarh.
