Reservation for the Haryana Government Servants in HUDA Hisar Residential Plots Scheme

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 2878 freehold residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000061) in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar in Haryana on May 09, 2013.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 8% of the total number of plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Serving Haryana Government Servants and 2% of the total number of plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Retiring or Retired Haryana Government Servants in the HUDA Hisar residential plots scheme. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 227 residential plots for the Serving Haryana Government Servants and 57 residential plots for the Retiring or Retired Haryana Government Servants including employees of Boards, Corporations, Improvement Trusts, State Co-operative Banks under Haryana Government in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar plots scheme.
In the HUDA Hisar plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved total 284 freehold residential plots for the Serving and Retired Haryana Government Servants in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme to a Haryana Government Servant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
