Reservation for Handicapped Persons in GDA Madhuban Bapudham Multistory Flats Scheme 827

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had launched a multistoried residential scheme (GDA Scheme Code 827) of 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad on Monday, January 07, 2013.

In the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistory residential flats scheme 827, the Ghaziabad Development Authority was offering total 528 flats for allotment to the various categories of applicants.

Allotment of a flat in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 827 shall be governed by provision of the Area Building Rules and Regulations contained in the Ghaziabad Development Authority Act.

Ghaziabad Development Authority Madhuban Bapudham Scheme 827: Handicapped Persons Category Reservation

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 3% of the total number of flats are reserved for the Handicapped Persons in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried residential flats scheme 827.

Accordingly, the Ghaziabad Development Authority had reserved 16 flats for the Handicapped Persons Category applicants in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 827.

After allotment of flats to the reserved categories, the remaining flats will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.

Allotment of a flat in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 827 to a Handicapped Person will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions. Horizontal Reservation for the Handicapped Category Applicants

Handicapped applicants will be given 3 percent horizontal reservation of the total flats available for allotment in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 827.

A handicapped category applicant is required to attach a copy of his or her disability certificate with the application form.

In case a handicapped person fails to attach the disability certificate, issued by the competent authority, his or her application form will be deemed invalid and it will not be included in the lottery draw of lots.

Thursday, February 28, 2013 was the last date for submission of application forms for the eligible Handicapped Persons for the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistory flats scheme 827.
