The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had launched a residential scheme of 144 multistoried Mini MIG flats (GDA Scheme Code 819) in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad on October 20, 2012.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority had allotted residential flats to the applicants of GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried Mini MIG flats scheme 819 through a lottery draw of lots.

Allotment of a flat in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistory residential flats scheme 819 will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.

The applicant applying for a residential flat under GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flats scheme 819 shall have to deposit the applicable Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit.

The Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit is to be paid by a Single Banker’s Cheque or Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of ‘Vice-Chairman, G.D.A., Ghaziabad’ payable at Ghaziabad, Delhi, or New Delhi.

The last date of booking or registration for the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried Mini MIG flats scheme 819 was on October 20, 2012.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority was to hold the lottery draw of lots for the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried Mini MIG flats scheme 819 before May 31, 2013.

On allotment of a flat, the allottee were informed of the dues payable for the allotted Mini MIG flat through a letter.

If due to any force majeure or such circumstances beyond the Ghaziabad Development Authority’s control, the Authority is unable to make allotment or give possession of the allotted multistory flat to an allottee, the entire registration money or earnest money deposit will be refunded to the applicant along with 3.50% per annum simple interest.
