The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a freehold residential plots scheme in Sector-6, Rohtak on November 04, 2010. Sector-6 is located near Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex and New Bus Stand of the Rohtak city.

The last date for submission of application forms was on January 04, 2011. The draw of lots for the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme was held on November 09, 2011.

1. In the Sector-6 Rohtak residential plots scheme, HUDA is giving plots on easy installments – only 10% of the total cost is payable with the application as an earnest money, while 15% of the cost will be payable with 30 days of the allotment and balance 75% of the plot’s cost will be payable in easy installments.

1.
