The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a freehold residential plots scheme in Sector-5 and Sector-6 (Part-II), Hansi on October 13, 2010.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HUDA Hansi Scheme was January 12, 2011. The draw of lots for the HUDA freehold residential plots scheme in Hansi was held at Panchayat Bhawan, Hisar on June 16, 2011.
In the HUDA Hansi Scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority offered total 1,259 freehold residential plots (including handicapped and blind category) in the range of 90 square meters (4 Marla), 135 square meters (6 Marla), 162 square meters (8 Marla), 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and 450 square meters (1 Kanal).

1. Residential plots being offered are in well-planned Urban Estate in Hansi with a provision of quality infrastructure and public utility services such as schools, banquet hall, polyclinic, shopping centre, etc.
2. Sector-5 and Sector-6 of Hansi will have piped water supply, metalled roads, and underground sewerage system.
HUDA Hansi Residential Plots – Terms and Conditions for the Allotment
1. In the Sector-5 and Sector-6 Hansi residential plots scheme, HUDA is giving plots on easy installments – only 10% of the total cost is payable with the application as an earnest money, while 15% of the cost will be payable within 30 days of the allotment and balance 75% of the plot’s cost will be payable in easy installments.
